We collect the information you choose to send us — through the estimate form, the chat assistant, phone, text, or email — and we use it for one purpose: responding to your request and running your project. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with third parties for their marketing.

What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the property’s city, the service you’re interested in, your timing, and any project details you include. Our forms also record the page you submitted from, which helps us respond with the right context.

How we use it

• To respond to your estimate request or question — typically the same business day.
• To schedule, perform, and follow up on work you hire us for.
• To keep records we’re required to keep as a licensed Florida contractor (estimates, contracts, permits, warranties).

Calls & text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our form (or agree in the chat assistant), you agree to receive calls and text messages from OriNicko Pro Roofing & Construction about your estimate request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out is easy: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also just tell us by phone or email. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes your data

Form and chat submissions are delivered to us by Basin (usebasin.com), a form-processing service, and arrive in our business email. Phone and text messages go directly to our business line. We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

Want your contact information corrected or deleted from our records? Ask — call (561) 662-9994 or email orinickopro@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it, except where Florida contracting law requires us to retain project records.

Changes
