Are estimates really free?

What areas do you serve?

What happens when I have an emergency, like an active roof leak?
Call us. We answer Mon–Sat 8:00am–6:00pm, and after-hours emergency response is available by phone. Active leaks and storm damage get priority scheduling — usually starting with a tarp or temporary dry-in to stop further damage, then a written repair scope.
What warranty do you offer?
Every job carries our 1-year workmanship warranty, in writing, on the installation itself — plus the full manufacturer warranty on materials. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it.
Do you pull permits?
Yes — always, on every job that requires one. We file with your city or county building department, record the Notice of Commencement, schedule the inspections, and close the permit. Unpermitted work surfaces at resale and insurance time; we don’t do it.
How long will my project take?
Straight answer at estimate time, in writing. As a rule of thumb: roof repairs are usually a day, most residential reroofs run a few days on site after permitting and material delivery, and renovation timelines depend on scope — which is why we give you a dated schedule, not a shrug.
